This is the “new” Lee Marley! We’ve left the farm and moved to the east coast. I’m back working in a field I love and back among old friends. I do miss my friends from Nebraska, but I do get to go back occasionally and visit (work sends me nearby). Phone calls, email, and FaceBook help too!
I will be writing about some day-to-day things here, but my main plan is to write about cooking and eating! I’ll write about various recipes and restaurants – ones we discover on our own, as well as ones our friends introduce us to.
Knowing me, I’m sure I’ll be writing about horses too. I still have my herd back in Nebraska, with a caretaker. Hopefully I’ll get some sold, and bring some here – but that won’t happen til spring. I found a local stable that I think will work well for me and I’ll take lessons over the winter. I can’t believe how out of shape I’ve gotten!
